What we stand behind,
and what we expressly do not
A claim is worth exactly what it excludes. This page states the scope of ours the way a contract would: the things the product warrants, each one checkable, and the things it does not, named rather than left for you to assume.

We stand behind four things: that a quoted line exists in the document named; that every file you put in resolves to a status; that nothing is required to leave your machine; and that when your records run out, it says so. We do not stand behind your decision, the truth of your documents, or anything a professional signs.
What is warranted

Why the scope is this narrow
a wide claim is an untested oneA warranty covers what was tested; everything past that line is a hope, and a hope written as a warranty is how people get let down by software. So the line is drawn where the count stops: 56,687 files through conversion and 53,776 out readable; three lines and two citations at most; loopback; a refusal measured once and found short. Each is warranted the same way — a figure, on the record, dated — the bad one no differently from the rest.
What we stand behind is the quote, the locator, the status and the silence — never the decision, never the truth of the document, never the signature.
That is the whole of the claim, short because a longer one would include something not yet measured. When the gate is re-measured, the record changes and this page keeps its shape.
Where this stands with the licence

What this page cannot promise
The shortfalls above are current as of 12 September 2026 and are kept, with what would close each, on the record. When one closes, the record changes first; if the two disagree, the record is right and this page is late.
