AI Integrator is the company. Strategic Agent is one of its applications — the one that reads a filing cabinet, turns it into readable documents, and answers a question by quoting the line the answer came from. The sole owner of AI Integrator is Joseph Foster. That is the whole ownership line, and it is the line this site is published under.

Strategic Agent is not a company of its own. It is an application, and the company is AI Integrator. If you want to know who stands behind a sentence on this site, the answer is one person and the company he owns. If you want to know who else stands behind it, the answer is nobody yet, and the section after next says why that is a fact rather than a modesty.

Before this product was shown to anyone, it was run over the owner's own business records: drilling, energy construction, environmental, agriculture, equestrian, real estate and biotech. Those are businesses he built and ran, and their paper — field tickets, estimates, spreadsheets, scans of contracts, photographs of documents taken on a phone — is the material the software had to survive.

The numbers from that run are counted, not estimated. 56,687 files went through conversion and 53,776 came out as readable documents, 98% of them clean, with two set aside for a person to look at. The stores the engine answers from hold 92,114 documents and 8,363,533 chunks across four corpora, 21.7 GB on disk. Every figure in this paragraph is an actual — read off the running system or the engineering record, not derived.

Two things need saying about that corpus. First, it is historical. The businesses whose records it holds are archived, and nothing filed after 22 July 2026 is in any of the four stores. Second, it is not a customer list. It would be easy to write those seven industries as seven markets served. They are seven kinds of paper the owner already had, and that is all this site will call them.

There are no customers. Not a pilot, not a friendly first user, not an installation on somebody else's machine. Nobody outside the owner's own companies has run this product against their own records, and until somebody does, this site will say so in these words.

That sentence is written here on purpose rather than left out. Most of what a software company says about itself is hard to check from outside — a user count, a logo wall, a quote from somebody you cannot ring. A company with none of those has one thing it can offer instead: every claim on this site was made against the owner's own paper, and every place it fell short is published rather than summarised. You do not have to take a customer's word for it, because there is no customer. You can read the record and check.

When there is a first customer, this page will change. It will not change before.

Every number on this site carries a grade. actual means it was counted. [model] ± means it was derived, and the range is given. external means it is somebody else's figure, and the somebody is named. A number without a grade does not go on a page. That is the discipline the owner's businesses have run on for years, and the product's own answers are held to the same rule: a quoted line, a document id and a locator, or nothing.

Some things the company will not say at all. It will not give an accuracy percentage, because the last honest measurement is not good enough to publish as a score and the one before it was wrong. It will not name a price, because none is ruled. It will not describe a generated document as a running system. And it will not use the word most products in this category use for what they do to your files, because this one does not do that: it indexes and retrieves, and no model is built from your records.

The engine itself is small enough to be read. It is 5,639 lines of Python across 23 modules, and there is no language model inside it — the only model it loads is the one that turns your text into numbers so it can be searched, and that runs on your machine. Small is the point. A thing that size can be read end to end.
