All one owner's companies, each named correctly
Strategic Agent sits inside a family of businesses that Joseph Foster owns outright. Each is spun out into its own legal entity when it needs to stand on its own. This page names them, says what each is, and states where this product's proving records came from. It states the relationships and stops: where a connection would be easy to imply and has not been settled, it says so.
State the relationship, and stop
Some of these names appear on their own websites, and one pair of them has been misdescribed in the family's own material. So this list is written to be exact. Every name below is given with what it is and who owns it, and with no claim about what it does with this product, because no such claim is settled.
One owner, spun out as needed
how the family is heldEvery company on this page is Joseph Foster's, wholly owned, and the one division named is inside one of them. They are one person's businesses, built over twenty years, spun out into separate legal entities as each needs to stand on its own. In the owner's words: they are all his companies, and they will be spun off as needed.
One consequence follows. When two of these companies are described as separate, that is not a distance; it is a decision, made so that each could hold its own agreements. Common ownership is a fact this page states freely. A commercial arrangement between any two of them is stated only where the record says so, which is almost nowhere.
The line above this product
AI IntegratorAI Integrator is the company Strategic Agent is an application of — its own home. That is the only product relationship on this page, and it runs one way: the company owns the application. Nothing else below is described as a user of the product.
Where the proving records came from
SIG, and its divisionSIG · Sustainable Infrastructure Group is a company. It does infrastructure,
trenchless drilling and energy construction, and the operating records this product was proven
against come from here: field tickets, bore logs, cost actuals, prequalification files — the working
paper of a contractor. SIG's records are one of the four corpora the engine was run on:
13,143 documents, an actual, counted in the store on 12 September
2026.
Steady Eddie is a division of SIG, not a separate company. It builds removable physical operator systems for industrial machinery, so that a tractor or an excavator you already own can be run by software with nothing cut, wired or reprogrammed. One unit is built and cycling; it has not been tested against any standard and it is not in service.
Being the source of a proving corpus is not the same as being a user of the product, and this page does not claim the second. Whether SIG or its division will run the product in its own operation is not settled.
Separate on purpose
Even Steven · Tacit SourceEven Steven is a separate company. It is the agreement, the register and the count that sit under somebody else's machine: a named operator's way of working, consented to, metered and paid for. It would be natural to write that the machine in that sentence is a Steady Eddie machine. That is not settled, and this page does not say it.
Tacit Source is a separate company again. It is the commercial licensor of Even Steven skills. It is not a department of Even Steven, not a brand of it, and never "Even Steven's Tacit Source". That wording has appeared in the family's own material before, and it is wrong wherever it appears. They are two companies, each made separate so that it could hold its own agreements. The spin-out is the point.
What runs between Even Steven and Tacit Source beyond that one sentence — a licence, a shared product, an arrangement of any kind — is not stated here. Whether either of them uses Strategic Agent is not stated either. Where the record does not carry it, this page does not carry it.
The other companies
named, and no moreCanadian Shield, Wired Industries, Rig Out and Top Coat are other companies in the same family, under the same owner. This page names them and stops: none is described as a user of this product, a partner to it, or a party to any licence with it.

What this page does not say
It does not say that any of these companies uses Strategic Agent. It does not describe a product shared between any two of them, and it does not imply a licence between any two of them. Where a connection would have been natural to write — SIG running the product it was proven on, Even Steven's count sitting under a Steady Eddie machine — it says the connection is not settled. The engine this site describes abstains when the records do not carry the answer. This page holds itself to the same rule.
